Frequently asked questions about pricing

How much does Heimster Pro cost?: The Basis package costs CHF 99 per user per month, excluding VAT, and contains the complete marketing platform. Projects and Investment assets are optional add-on packages at CHF 99 per user per month each – you only book them for the users who need them.
Do I have to add Projects or Investment assets?: No. Both packages are optional. With Basis alone you already have the complete marketing platform: unlimited properties, showroom, CRM, marketing, portal connections and the AI Autopilot.
Can I try Heimster Pro for free?: Yes. From approval you use Heimster Pro free of charge for 14 calendar days, with all packages. No credit card is needed; we remind you before it ends, and until the last day you can cancel with one click, at no cost.
What does switching to Heimster cost?: Nothing. We take over your data from your current system and guide you and your team through Heimster in a training call – both included.
Is there a minimum term?: No. Billing is monthly and to the day; you can end users and packages at the end of any month. Read-only users (view only) are free.
How are you billed?: Monthly by QR-bill, payable within 30 days. All prices are excluding VAT; VAT (8.1 %) is shown separately on the invoice.
