What matters

Eight questions for any dictation feature.

A transcript is quick to make. What counts is how much work is left afterwards. Test every solution against these eight points.

  1. 1

Does it understand what you say?

Swiss names, streets and technical terms. Heimster gives the transcription the names from your CRM, so «Rietstrasse» does not become «Riedstrasse».

    Heimster: yes
  2. 2

Does it do more than summarise?

A note still has to be distributed afterwards. Heimster suggests the individual steps: attendance, notes, status changes, tasks and emails.

    Heimster: yes
  3. 3

    Does it know the context?

Heimster knows which viewing it was, who was invited and which tasks are already open – and assigns every statement to the right person.

    Heimster: yes
  4. 4

Does it file everything in the right place?

Every note with the right contact and property, every task with a date and a person. New contacts and interests are created if you want them.

    Heimster: yes
  5. 5

Does it ask instead of guessing?

If something is unclear – a name that sounds alike or a task that may already be done – Heimster asks. In the example: whether the old callback to Nina Kunz should be closed.

    Heimster: yes
  6. 6

    Do you stay in control?

Nothing is saved until you apply it. Every line can be edited or deselected; emails stay drafts.

    Heimster: yes
  7. 7

    Does it speak your languages?

Dictate in German, French, Italian or English – the suggestions come back in the same language.

    Heimster: yes
  8. 8

Does it work where you work?

On your laptop, on your phone right after the appointment – and in ChatGPT or Claude if you have connected Heimster there.

    Heimster: yes

Always at hand

The microphone is always one tap away.

In the top bar

On every page of Heimster. What you dictate belongs to whatever you have open – property, contact or project.

On the viewing

For ongoing and just-finished viewings. Heimster knows the invitees and suggests attendance for each person.

In ChatGPT and Claude

With the Heimster app you can dictate there too – same suggestions, same approval.
