## One price per package and user.

Each package costs CHF 99 per user per month. Everyone needs Basis; you add Projects and Investment assets only if you need them.

- **Basis** – CHF 99 per user per month (Required): The complete marketing platform – unlimited properties, CRM, marketing, portal connections and AI Autopilot.
- **Projects** – CHF 99 per user per month (Optional): For new developments: your own project website with domain, 3D finder and AI floor-plan import.
- **Investment assets** – CHF 99 per user per month (Optional): For investment assets: investor data room with NDA, rent roll and investor reporting.
- Read-only users (view only): CHF 0

### What you pay per month

- 1 user with Basis: CHF 99 per month, excl. VAT
- 1 user with all three packages: CHF 297 per month, excl. VAT
- 5 users with Basis: CHF 495 per month, excl. VAT
- 5 users with Basis, 2 of them with Projects: CHF 693 per month, excl. VAT
- Read-only users (view only): CHF 0 per month, excl. VAT

### 14 days free

From approval you use Heimster Pro free of charge for 14 calendar days, with all packages. After that you only pay for what you chose. No credit card, a reminder before it ends, cancel with one click.

- Data migration (Free): We take over your properties, contacts and documents from your current system.
- Training call (Free): We guide you and your team through Heimster personally – from the first property to the closing.

### Frequently asked questions about pricing

**How much does Heimster Pro cost?**

The Basis package costs CHF 99 per user per month, excluding VAT, and contains the complete marketing platform. Projects and Investment assets are optional add-on packages at CHF 99 per user per month each – you only book them for the users who need them.

**Do I have to add Projects or Investment assets?**

No. Both packages are optional. With Basis alone you already have the complete marketing platform: unlimited properties, showroom, CRM, marketing, portal connections and the AI Autopilot.

**Can I try Heimster Pro for free?**

Yes. From approval you use Heimster Pro free of charge for 14 calendar days, with all packages. No credit card is needed; we remind you before it ends, and until the last day you can cancel with one click, at no cost.

**What does switching to Heimster cost?**

Nothing. We take over your data from your current system and guide you and your team through Heimster in a training call – both included.

**Is there a minimum term?**

No. Billing is monthly and to the day; you can end users and packages at the end of any month. Read-only users (view only) are free.

**How are you billed?**

Monthly by QR-bill, payable within 30 days. All prices are excluding VAT; VAT (8.1 %) is shown separately on the invoice.
